Return, Refund, Warranty & Commercial Equipment Policy
By placing an order with TTS Products, LLC ("TTS Products," "we," "our," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund, Warranty & Commercial Equipment Policy.
Final Sale Items
The following products are sold on a FINAL SALE basis and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation after shipment:
- Carpet extractors, including but not limited to Mytee, Sandia, Mercury, Mosquito, and similar brands
- Orders shipped via Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or other expedited shipping methods
- Special-order products
- Custom-order products
- Electrical components and electronic parts
- Replacement parts
- Opened chemicals, cleaning solutions, filters, vacuum bags, floor pads, and other consumable items
- Products designated as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Any item returned in used, damaged, altered, or non-resalable condition
Commercial Equipment, Compatibility & Electrical Requirements
TTS Products specializes in commercial, industrial, and professional-grade equipment intended for use by businesses, contractors, institutions, and trained operators.
Product Compatibility
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable and compatible with their intended application before placing an order.
TTS Products does not guarantee compatibility with any existing equipment, system, machine, accessory, attachment, electrical system, plumbing system, facility, or operating environment unless expressly confirmed in writing before purchase.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Ordering the wrong item
- Ordering the wrong model
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong specification
- Ordering the wrong voltage
- Compatibility issues
- Failure to verify manufacturer specifications
- Customer misunderstanding of product requirements
- Product not meeting the customer's intended application
Electrical Requirements
Customers are solely responsible for verifying all electrical requirements before purchase, installation, and operation.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Voltage requirements
- Amperage requirements
- Circuit capacity
- Plug configuration
- Single-phase or three-phase requirements
- Frequency requirements
- Grounding requirements
- Extension cord suitability
- Generator compatibility
TTS Products shall not be responsible for damages, installation issues, performance issues, compatibility issues, or return requests resulting from improper electrical supply, incorrect voltage, inadequate wiring, improper installation, or failure to follow manufacturer specifications.
Installation & Operation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed, assembled, connected, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer instructions and all applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or operation outside manufacturer specifications may void warranty coverage and eliminate eligibility for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Technical Information Disclaimer
Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, weights, images, performance ratings, and technical information are provided as a convenience and may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for reviewing current manufacturer specifications before purchase.
Manufacturer specifications shall govern in the event of any discrepancy.
Return Authorization Required
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from TTS Products.
To request a return authorization (RMA), contact:
Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused, rejected, or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
Return Window
Eligible products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Returns requested after 14 days may be denied at our sole discretion.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and uninstalled
- Be in new, resalable condition
- Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components
- Be free of damage, writing, labels, tape, odors, dirt, or signs of use
- Include proof of purchase
TTS Products reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned item qualifies for refund or credit.
Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Restocking fees may increase up to 50% based on:
- Product condition
- Missing packaging
- Missing accessories
- Manufacturer restocking charges
- Damage
- Evidence of installation or use
- Additional labor required to inspect, repackage, test, or process the return
If a returned item cannot be resold as new, TTS Products may reject the return entirely.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are solely responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Shipping insurance
- Packaging materials
- Freight charges
- Liftgate charges
- Residential delivery fees
- Reconsignment fees
- Any other transportation-related charges
TTS Products does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by law or due to our error.
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order was shipped with "free shipping," the actual shipping cost incurred by TTS Products will be deducted from any refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once they have shipped.
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to payment processing fees, administrative fees, manufacturer cancellation fees, and other applicable charges.
Special-order and custom-order products cannot be canceled once submitted to the manufacturer.
Refused Shipments
Orders refused by the customer after shipment are treated as returns and may be subject to:
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Return freight charges
- Carrier refusal fees
- Restocking fees
- Administrative processing fees
These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Freight Damage, Concealed Damage & Shortages
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any freight damage, concealed damage, shortages, or missing items must be reported:
- Within 48 hours of delivery for parcel shipments
- At the time of delivery for freight shipments
Customers should note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to report damage or shortages within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Customers must retain all original packaging for carrier inspection.
Warranty Claims
Many products sold by TTS Products are covered solely by the manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty coverage, exclusions, limitations, and remedies are determined exclusively by the manufacturer.
TTS Products:
- Does not provide additional warranties unless expressly stated in writing
- Is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions
- Is not liable for warranty claim denials
- Does not guarantee warranty coverage on any product
Customers may be required to work directly with the manufacturer for warranty service.
Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may be reduced by:
- Restocking fees
- Original shipping charges
- Return freight charges
- Missing parts charges
- Repair costs
- Damage charges
- Manufacturer fees
- Administrative fees incurred as a result of the return
Refund processing times vary by payment processor and financial institution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact TTS Products and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
TTS Products reserves the right to contest any chargeback using available evidence, including but not limited to:
- Order records
- Delivery confirmation
- Signature confirmation
- Carrier tracking information
- Product photographs
- Customer communications
- Fraud screening records
Customers shall remain responsible for all amounts legitimately owed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTS Products reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances, chargeback losses, collection costs, attorney's fees, court costs, and related expenses.
International Orders
All international sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted on orders shipped outside the United States unless required by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTS Products shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, installation, operation, maintenance, or misuse of any product.
TTS Products shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost revenue
- Lost business opportunities
- Downtime
- Labor costs
- Installation costs
- Removal costs
- Rental equipment costs
- Property damage
- Personal injury arising from misuse or improper installation
- Third-party claims
In all cases, TTS Products' maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

TTS Products ships nationwide using carriers including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- OnTrac
- LTL Freight Carriers
Carrier selection is made at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from a purchase from TTS Products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and customers consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
