❌ Can I return a carpet extractor?

All Carpet Extractors (including Mytee, Sandia, Mercury, and Mosquito brands) are FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted on these items.


❌ Can I return an order shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air?

Any order shipped via Next Day Air or Second Day Air is FINAL SALE. Absolutely no returns are accepted.


🌍 Do you accept returns from outside the U.S.?

No. We do not accept returns from countries outside the United States.


📅 What is your return window?

Our general return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


💵 Are there restocking fees?

Yes. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20–50% depending on the condition of the item.


🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

  • We do not pay return shipping fees.

  • We do not issue return labels.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs will also be deducted from any refund if the return reason is:

    • Wrong item ordered

    • Ordered in error

    • Do not want anymore


🛠 What about warranties?

  • Products that include a manufacturer warranty will be serviced under that warranty, according to the manufacturer’s terms.

  • We are not responsible for warranties denied by the manufacturer.

  • Carpet extractors (final sale)

  • Orders shipped via Next Day Air / Second Day Air (final sale)

  • Parts and special-order merchandise (non-returnable)


📦 What condition must my return be in?

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may incur up to 50% restocking fee.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.


💳 What happens with chargebacks?

Any credit card chargebacks will be referred to outside collection agencies immediately.


💲 How do refunds work?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

  • Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


🔄 Can I exchange a product?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🚚 How should I ship a return?

We ship nationwide with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac.
