❌ Can I return a carpet extractor?
All Carpet Extractors (including Mytee, Sandia, Mercury, and Mosquito brands) are FINAL SALE. No returns are accepted on these items.
❌ Can I return an order shipped Next Day Air or Second Day Air?
Any order shipped via Next Day Air or Second Day Air is FINAL SALE. Absolutely no returns are accepted.
🌍 Do you accept returns from outside the U.S.?
No. We do not accept returns from countries outside the United States.
📅 What is your return window?
Our general return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
💵 Are there restocking fees?
Yes. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20–50% depending on the condition of the item.
🚚 Who pays for return shipping?

🛠 What about warranties?

Products that include a manufacturer warranty will be serviced under that warranty, according to the manufacturer’s terms.

📦 What condition must my return be in?
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error) may incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
💳 What happens with chargebacks?
Any credit card chargebacks will be referred to outside collection agencies immediately.
💲 How do refunds work?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few days.

Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
🔄 Can I exchange a product?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
