The system allows you to round over both top and bottom edges in one pass with a radius of 5/64”, 1/8”, 5/32”, 3/16” and 15/64” and it allows 45 degree chamfering in material from 18mm to 50mm thick. The improved design with shear angle guarantees a perfect finish. Tool features heavy duty aircraft aluminum body, 2 solid carbide knives, 4 radius knives, 21 spacers, manual feed and pins for the automatic positioning of the knives.
